Welcome,
To pguides.net! As you may have guessed, our site is aimed at providing basic tutorials for a number of programming languages as well as targeted, advanced examples.
Guides
Our main objective is to provide guides or programming tutorials for several of the most popular programming languages. The tutorials will try to start with the basics of the language, cover some advanced features and topics and conclude with some longer, more interesting examples.
The guides will have varying scopes and depths of coverage but these are subject to change in accordance with user demand. For example, if we feel our users would like to read more about a particular topic, say file input, we would expand the current chapter on file input (or if one does not exists, write one) and then possibly introduce longer, more complete examples of file input in the examples section for that language.
Discussion Board
In addition to the static content, we also have a forum with which we hope to encourage discussion about existing articles. Through these discussions we hope to learn what more our users wish to see in our articles, and then respond by providing it. We welcome all requests, suggestions and criticism openly and hope you participate in our forum.
